I first met Emma & Sand one Sunday at Rookery Hall Wedding Faye, Nantwich. They came and had a look at my albums, we had a chat about what they were looking for, they went off to have a look round at other vendors there and then came back and said "We absolutely love your style of wedding photography, we have to book you right now"

Emma & Sandy were planning their wedding at their beautiful church they attend in Macclesfield and then onto the Plough Inn at Eaton.
Having photographed at The Plough Inn before I was delighted to be asked, the venue has a country barn feel to it, with lots of gorgeous beams and fairy lights. They have fields all around them for beautiful photos and just further up the hill, by the children's play area is a huge gorgeous tree in a huge field - just perfect for this romantic shots. With my magical storytelling style it's a perfect combination.

Kilts For The Men & Stunning Deep Blue Dresses For The Bridesmaids

The couple chose to have the blue and green kilts at their wedding which is the colour of The Clan Montgomery. The wedding ceremony in the beautiful church and the light in there is beautiful! – They had a really beautiful ceremony with lots of emotion and laughter.

We were then onto The Plough Inn for the drinks reception and wedding breakfast, not forgetting the evening of course. Around the side of the Plough there are some stunning barn doors, yes i am a sucker for wood and it's warmth.
After having confetti in front of the doors and Sandy's cheeky look down Emmas dress, the guests enjoyed a relaxed drinks reception before being seated for dinner. The couple opted to have speeches before the meal, which is a great idea so everyone can enjoy the food without the nervous butterflies! After the meal I took the couple off for their second couple photography session. The light during golden hour at is so beautiful, with the sun setting over the fields and trees.
Emma  advised that neither her or Sandy were very comfortable in front of the camera as they’re not photogenic (something most of my couples say!), but the couple session was fun and beautiful and turned out to be one of my very favourites ones i photographed. A huge thank you to Steve, best man, he was super helpful in fetching and carrying and making calls to organise the different shots.

The Plough Inn wedding photography was an absolutely joy to capture and I’m so excited to be back there soon, it’s such a gorgeous venue. For now, please enjoy the story of Emma & Sandy's beautiful wedding.
